DOQ Priorat from René Barbier and Sara Perez is already part of the limited edition wines we offer in our wine list
In the restaurant of the Hotel-Hostal Sport, we have incorporated Partida Bellvisos 2011, a wine for aging , deep and complex , the style of the great red wines of DOQ Priorat. Elaborated by René Barbier and Sara Pérez, it is a Mediterranean wine, macerated with skins and raised largely in a 600 liter barrel.
The plot of Bellvisos is protected by old vine of white Garnacha grape and Macabeo.
Partida Bellvisos 2011 takes you from the top of the plot, with fennel and anise, to lower part, more clayey, deep and structured. It's a little trip down and up for a rugged terrain. And unique.
