The wine Joan d'Anguera 2011 is prepared by ecological and biodynamic method at the winery of Cellers Joan d'Anguera.

 Today we want to present another wine that we offer at the bar and restaurant of Hotel-Hostal Sport. This time it's a wine from DO Montsant, Joan d'Anguera 2011, prepared by organic and biodynamic agriculture, the differential feature of the winery Cellers Joan d'Anguera, located in the village of Darmós.

  • Varieties: Syrah 55%, Grenache 45%.
  • Average age of the vines: vines themselves, land of Mas de Pedret, plans and stony soil with slopes and alluvium.
  • Vinification and aging: Hand harvested the last week of August 2012. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18 degrees, for 15 days with yeasts. 2-3 of maceration with pumping over sequenced. Clarified and filtered before bottling.
  • Aging Time: it is a young wine.
