Priorat Workshop in Theoretical Political Science

Priorat Workshop Hotel Hostal Sport

From 6 to 8 June, the Hotel-Hostal Sport has hosted nearly 30 professionals in the research have combined work and leisure in the Priorat region
Economic researchers of all de world have become to rely on the Hotel Hostal Sport to participate in a Workshop of Theoretical Science and Policy, organized annually by the research professor at the Institut d'Anàlisi Econòmica CSIC of UAB University, Enriqueta Aragones, with the collaboration of teachers Andrea Mattozzi and Thomas Palfrey.
 
The historic hall of the hotel "Les Voltes", of eighteenth century, has been the working place of thirty researchers, where they have taken place the conferences and discussions. The Hotel-Hostal Sport has been their accommodation and the basis to start spectacular routes around the Priorat and discover its food and wine.

The group has combined the working sessions with visits to wineries in Priorat and meals at restaurants serving typical local products, one of them, our restaurant with traditional Catalan cooking stews and a wide assortment of wines (over 230 references from around the world).
