Pim Pam Poom 2012, summer wine to drink at any time

Sympathetic and daring name for the new wine from the winery Saó del Coster of Priorat that you can drink now by the glass in the bar and restaurant of the tradicional Hotel-Hostal Sport
If you want to try a wine easy, fresh and persistent, in the Hotel Sport we offer the possibility to taste the Pim Pam Poom 2012, a new acquisition in the wine list of our restaurant.
This wine is made in the winery Saó of Coster, located in the village of Gratallops, pertaining to DOQ Priorat.
Features:
- Varieties: 93% Grenache, with 100% scratch, and 7% white grape variety.
- Vinification: short maceration and aging in steel deposits without sulphurous content.
- Tasting notes: low intensity in color, nose with presence of violet, flowers and red berries. The palate is light and has little weight. It is a easy wine, fresh and persistent that can be drink at any time, without any complications.
