The New York Times published an article talking about how pairing different kind of wines with the Spanish Paella

Paella is one of the most typical dishes of Spain. Not only for its taste but also for the celebration that involves eat one with friends or family.

At Hotel-Hostal Sport, paella is one of the favourite dishes of our customers, for that reason we want to highlight the article of New York Times where Eric Asimov talks about wines and paella and he mentions  also the wines of Priorat.

The author says that the Catalan wines of DO Montsant are the best option to eat a meat–and-poultry paella of land, and if the budget is not a problem, he recommended try the deep reds of DOQ Priorat.

For the paella of sea, with its additions of pork butt and chorizo, Eric suggested a chilled dry rosé, perhaps from DO Navarra, taking care to avoid heavy or overly fruity versions.

If you want to try a delicious paella and taste the wines of Priorat, come to Hotel-Hostal Sport and we will show you the richness of our cusine.
