Priorat Wine Van

From the Hostal Sport Falset we launched a new initiative to facilitate discovery of Priorat without taking the car.

We offer two types of activity / service:

1. WINE VAN FROM THE HOTEL HOSTAL SPORT

Are you staying in the Hotel Hostal Sport o near of the hotel and you do not want to take the car to visit wineries? From the rural hotel we offer a new activity of 1 day to visit different Priorat wineries without having to drive. 

• Out: Every Saturday at 11:00h in front of the hotel (8 people). The activiy starts on September 2015. 
• Arrival: at 18:00h

What includes:

• Visit a DOQ winery and wine tasting. A journey through the history of one of only two Qualified Appellation of Origin of Spain that has found a place among the finest wines in the world.
• Traditional Catalan Lunch in the restaurant of Hostal Sport, known for its Priorat cuisine and an excellent wine list.
• Visit a DO Montsant winery and wine tasting. It’s an opportunity to understand the trajectory of Cooperative Wineries that with effort and joint work put the Apellation of Origin Montsant in the map.

Price: 55€/pax

2. WINE VAN FROM COSTA DAURADA

An opportunity to discover a great wine territory of Catalonia and enjoy the stories and authenticity of its people.

Departures: Every Thursday at 10:30h from Altafulla, Salou and Cambrils
Arrival Time: at 19: 00h

The activity includes:

• Visit and wine tasting in a DOQ Priorat winery to discover the uniqueness of wines internationally recognized for their character and excellence.
• Traditional Catalan Lunch in the restaurant Hostal Sport of Falset, emblematic establishment of Priorat.
• Visit and wine tasting in a DO Montsant winery to discover how the cooperative movement of Priorat has strived to be a leader and make wines of high quality.

Price: 70€/pax (including VAT)
